Liverpool has reportedly told Arsenal that they will not be signing Wales international Aaron Ramsey.
Ramsey’s future has occupied column inches after the Gunners withdrew a contract bid for the midfielder, sparking speculation from a range of clubs.
The Reds were supposed to be among the Premier League clubs interested in Ramsey, but Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has informed Arsenal that he will not be in the running to sign the star.
According to ESPN’s Rob Dawson, Liverpool is not interested in signing Ramsey despite recently adding Naby Keita and Fabinho to their midfield.
Ramsey is willing to consider a move to one of Arsenal’s competitors, with Manchester United and Chelsea potentially keen if he leaves the Emirates Stadium on a free transfer, according to Dawson.
According to Sky Sports Premier League, Ramsey said that he will continue to give his all for the Gunners until his future is decided at the end of the season:
"I am going to do my best now this season to try and achieve something special."
Aaron Ramsey plans to stay at Arsenal this season and not make a cut-price January move after the collapse of contract talks.

Despite Ramsey’s stated plans, Arsenal boss Unai Emery could still attempt to sell the midfielder in January to generate a modest transfer fee, but it seems the midfielder may avoid such a move.
Ramsey has been a faithful servant to the Gunners, but Emery is putting together a new team of new faces and tactics.
Because of his abundance of Premier League and European experience, the Welshman will be in high demand and will join a top team in the summer.
Ramsey, according to Scott Paterson of the Mirror, will be a fine signing for United manager Jose Mourinho, but he’s not the top-tier star that Old Trafford fans crave.
