Thomas Tuchel reveals how he handles online harassment

Thomas Tuchel, the Chelsea boss, has revealed how he handles online harassment.

I’d say on social media, I didn’t find anything like this. Maybe it’s because I’m not sitting in them.

To monitor my mobile, I have plenty to do. That’s enough for me. For days on end, I can survive without a phone and not feel like anything is missing.

But I focused on myself, generally speaking, and forced myself not to read something that was written about me. I studied and learned it. But in good times or bad, I don’t read anything,’ Tuchel said.

Threats to Premier League stars and referees have unleashed a battle with people over social networks – Instagram will remove the most audacious accounts. But for officials, it is not enough.
