Raphinha’s impressive individual performances have sparked talk that he may be on the move again this summer, with Liverpool and Manchester United reportedly interested.
When asked regarding the rumors about his future, Raphinha maintains that he is happy at the club.
He told the official club website, “I’m so pleased and so satisfied to be a member of this club. And when I found out that Leeds was interested in me and that they wanted me, and the way they welcomed me, the way I was greeted, and the way I was handled when I arrived here, I was overjoyed.
Today, I’m very comfortable in both the city and the bar. I appreciate everyone’s kindness. They had a hand in it.”
Raphinha also expressed his delight at being in the area, revealing that he is eager to return to Elland Road.
“I’m thrilled to be here in Leeds and to be a part of this organization. It’s a great pleasure to work with you. Despite not being able to see or explore much of the city, I’m having a great time here. I’ve been made to feel very comfortable here.” All of the players, the coaching staff, everybody here at the club, and the fans have welcomed me. I’ll be overjoyed when we can see all of the fans in the stadium.” So, yeah, I’m doing fantastically,” he said.
