Pochettino talked about Neymar recovery

PSG will face Barcelona in the second leg of their Champions League tie next week, and Neymar is close to returning from injury.

Neymar is making strong progress in his recovery from an adductor injury, according to Mauricio Pochettino, the coach of Paris Saint-Germain.

The Brazil international has been out of action after suffering the injury in PSG’s Coupe de France victory over Caen on February 10.

“Tomorrow, we will assess the players,” he said at a press conference, according to the AS.

“The fact that we can recover a few players, that would be a positive thing for the match on Saturday [against Brest in the Coupe de France]. Neymar is making good strides. We’ll evaluate him in the coming days to see if he’ll be able.”
