Philippe Coutinho, the Barcelona midfielder, has had a second surgery on his leg, which he fractured at the end of December last year.
According to Esport3, the footballer traveled to Qatar for a surgical test after a second surgery on the meniscus about a month earlier.
The first operation took place in January. Following it, the Brazilian started to experience pain, but his knee is now healing more quickly.
Coutinho was due to return to the field in early April. The timeline has now shifted: the club is now optimistic that the midfielder can appear for Barcelona within a month.
This season, the player played in 14 games for the club in all competitions, scoring three goals and assisting on two others.
