Manchester United, Manchester City, and Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Rapid Vienna forward Yusuf Demir, who has been dubbed “the next Lionel Messi.”
Over the past two seasons, the 17-year-old has made 30 first-team appearances for Rapid, including a handful of European appearances.
However, Demir’s deal expires at the end of next season, and Marca suggests that renewal is impossible at this time.
Barcelona is said to be keeping an eye on the youngster’s situation in the hope of making a summer pass, while Manchester United and City are in a similar situation.
According to the paper, Barcelona is willing to pay up to €8 million (£6.85 million) for Demir, who can play anywhere in the assault.
