Monaco star Cesc Fabregas has confidently stated that Neymar has the “Ronaldinho-level qualities.” Neymar, 28, left Barcelona in 2017 after achieving a spectacular £200 m record heading to Paris Saint-Germain.

Fabregas, 33, confessed to being a serious admirer of Neymar and made a desirable link with Ronaldinho, a Brazilian legend.

During an Instagram Live session the Monaco midfielder explained: “Neymar is an outlier, he has qualities at Ronaldinho level.
