New Arsenal manager Unai Emery has declined to rule out a Premier League.

Former Arsenal boss Unai Emery has stated that he is going to be hospitable a return to the Premier League within the future.

The Spaniard replaced Arsene Wenger within the Emirates dugout in 2018, but it lasted but two years before being sacked in November after a poor run of form.

New Arsenal manager Unai Emery has declined to rule out a Premier League. The 48-year-old had been linked to a move to Everton before Carlo Ancelotti received Merseyside, but Emery had admitted that he would be more likely to manage in his native Spain than within the Premier League.

“I am hospitable coaching. In Spain, in England, in Italy, in France, elsewhere, but if you inquire from me where I feel I will be able to be, I feel I will be able to be closer to the Spanish league,” Emery told Eurosport’s Confinados.

“After four years if I even have an honest chance to return to Spain and that I desire it, I would like to face it.New Arsenal manager Unai Emery has declined to rule out a Premier League.

“The first objective is to return next season, but if I can not find anything that matches what I hope for or reaches my heart, I will be able to wait.

“Everton was curious about me and that I considered it. I didn’t say no, we also had a three-hour interview.”

Emery won 43 of his 78 games as Arsenal’s boss, guiding the Gunners to the Europa League final last season.
