Arsenal improved their chances of a top-four finish as they produced one of the narrow football results of the weekend in the Premier League. Emile Smith Rowe put the home side ahead in the 48th minute before Bukayo Saka doubled their advantage in the 79th minute. They would be disappointed not to keep the clean sheet as Christian Norgaard scored a consolation goal in the third minute of stoppage time.

Managers Reaction
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta: “I understand the supporters love that song [Rockin’ all over the world]. Everybody loves that song because they are players that have been raised in our system. I am really happy that we have players that take the responsibility and they manage to win games for us. It is really impressive at that age.”
Brentford boss Thomas Frank: “I think it is about us, what we can do. Focus on the next training, the next game, that is the most important thing. We have done that the whole season, it is only about us. Every team in the Premier League, if you are in the bottom 10, have spells like this.”
