Valencia sacked Albert Celades’ after Voro Gonzalez was temporary charge

Valencia announced coach Albert Celades’ sacking, with Voro Gonzalez being placed as an afterthought temporary charge.

After Marcelino ‘s departure, Celades, who had held jobs in the Spain youth coaching set-up and Real Madrid, took over the reins at Mestalla in September. They have won only one of their four matches since the resumption of Spanish football as of late and lost to local rivals Villarreal on Sunday. They are as of now sitting eighth in La Liga, and have surrendered the administrations of the 44-year-old.

“Valencia CF has educated Albert Celades with the immediate impact of his withdrawal from his situation as the first-team coach,” a club statement read.

“The club might want to openly thank him for his work and dedication during his time at the club-a period wherein we achieved qualification for the Champions League knockout stages and important victories on grounds where we had not recently won. Since he took over as coach of the principal team in a troublesome time, the club also values his assistance and commitment and wish him each achievement in his future endeavors.

“From Tuesday, Voro Gonzalez will provisionally take charge of the main team all the way to the finish of this season.”
