According to Tuttomercatoweb, Ancelotti needs to pull in the 29-year-old, whom he coached in Naples. However, in order to complete the move, Everton will need to offload a defender first, and Mina fits the bill. Everton expects to charge between £17.1 million and £21.4 million for Mina. Although a possible departure for Mina is unlikely to please Toffees supporters, the possibility that Koulibaly might substitute him will be seen as an improvement on Merseyside.

Manchester United and Liverpool have previously expressed interest in Senegal international. He is now nearing the pinnacle of his abilities, and his game is tailor-made for the Premier League.

Will Everton Get A Free Pass For Koulibaly?

Everton, on the other hand, is unlikely to get a free pass at Koulibaly, with some of Europe’s top clubs also involved. They do, however, have the advantage of making his former boss, Napoli manager Ancelotti, at the forefront of the talks.

Meanwhile, Everton has allegedly been told that if they wish to sign Besiktas striker Cyle Larin, they must propose a cash-only contract worth at least €15 million (£12.7 million).

Larin, 25, has piqued the Toffees’ imagination after scoring 14 goals in 28 Super Lig appearances this season. Four of those goals came in a single game in January. With a deal until 2022, he may be an appealing transfer target for certain clubs. Everton is one of his admirers.

The Merseyside club was planning a player-plus-cash deal that would feature Cenk Tosun’s permanent return to his former club. Since the beginning of the year, Tosun has been on loan in Istanbul.

The Turkish club, however, does not accept this plan, according to Fotomac. Instead, they wish to get their requested fee met.
