Inter are considering a swap deal between Christian Eriksen and Lucas Torreira, according to Tuttosport.
The Turin-based paper argues that the Nerazzurri need to sign a Marcelo Brozovic back-up and are contemplating a move for the Arsenal loanee that last summer joined Atletico Madrid temporarily.
Fiorentina and Torino have both been associated with Torreira, a former Sampdoria midfielder.
Antonio Conte had deployed Eriksen against Fiorentina last week in a playmaker role, but the Dane remained on the bench against Juventus on Sunday for 90 minutes, and multiple rumors in Italy confirm that the Nerazzurri are willing to sell him.
So far this season, the 26-year-old has 14 appearances in all contests, while Torreira has played 13 games at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Inter-Arsenal negotiations have not yet started, but Eriksen could return on a loan to the Premier League, given his new club pays his full salary.
