Tino Anjorin has marked a contract augmentation of five years with Chelsea

Chelsea adolescent Tino Anjorin has marked a contract augmentation of five years, the Premier League club has affirmed.

The 18-year-old midfielder has been since the age of six with West London outfit and has made two appearances this season for Frank Lampard ‘s side.

The England Under-19 international made their senior introduction against Grimsby in the third round of the Carabao Cup, coming midway during that time half as the Blues triumphed over the League Two side 7-1.

Anjorin then came on to replace Willian at the Premier League in March in the second half of Chelsea’s 4-0 win over Everton.

Anjorin had agreed in April to focus on another five years with the Stamford Bridge side, and the club has now announced that he will stay put.

“It’s a brilliant inclination. Since I was six years old I’ve been at the club so getting to this stage and then being offered another five-year contract on top of that is amazing. I didn’t hesitate to take it straight because playing for the club that I always dreamed of playing for is special to me,” Anjorin told the club’s official site.

Anjorin feels comfortable with the Chelsea stars as one of eight academy graduates to be given a shot in the main team under Lampard.

“For youthful players here it was an important season. Frank, Jody Morris, and Joe Edwards took us onboard and dedicated themselves to getting youthful players through,” he said.

After inclination with the help of the Chelsea fans, he is ravenous for increasingly top-flight action.
