League members seek an unlikely solution at the last video conference to continue the league according to Romanian media. For two months, they will switch the game to Turkey’s Antalya, and play the remaining eight rounds.
The clubs will do two weeks of training first and then proceed to the season, which would last until July.
Football players would be housed in single rooms in hotels, and the whole project could cost about two million euros, including the cost of housing, transportation, and stadium rentals.
Antalya hotels are virtually vacant this year. Nonetheless, almost everyone has their training facility; the issue is that most of the area is not available for television broadcasts.
Steaua is second with 26 points as much as Universities with the CFR Cluj leading with 30 points.
