Seville has a pre-agreement in place to sign the free transfer of Eibar goalkeeper and Serbia international Marko Dmitrovic reports Estadio Deportivo.

After the current season, the shot stopper’s contract at Ipurua expires and from the beginning of January, he is free to discuss conditions over a pre-contract deal with other clubs.

Since joining the club in 2017, the 28-year-old has regularly impressed the Basque club, and he has clocked 114 first-team appearances, but in the summer he looks likely to leave as a free agent.

Sevilla boss Julen Lopetegui is eyeing the former Alcorcon stopper as a back-up option, as per a report in Marca earlier this month, if current first-choice keeper Tomas Vaclik leaves the Andalusian side.

Before moving to Eibar, Dmitrovic, formerly of Charlton, spent two seasons at Segunda Club Alcorcon, where he has since prospered and won 16 caps for the Serbian national team.

It will provisionally have competition for Yassine Bounou, the new Rojiblancos goalkeeper.
