Sergio Ramos in a Real Madrid shirt continues making history. The captains scored to seal the victory over Getafe from the penalty spot, marking his 450th start at LaLiga for the club on the night. Following the final whistle, the president gave Ramos a commemorative shirt.
After Raúl (550), Sanchís (523), Casillas (510), and Santillana (461), the captain is the fifth individual in Madrid’s history to hit the figure.
Ramos has completed 488 of his 450 games from the outset, earning 302 victories. He is as yet the top-scoring leader in the history of LaLiga, having 70 goals (68 for Real Madrid and 2 for Sevilla).
The game with Getafe was the 646th installation of the leader as a Madridista and he regardless of everything sits alone on the all-time appearances chart of the team in the fourth position.
Ramos overshadowed the mark of Santillana (645) and is at present simply behind Raúl (741), Casillas (725), and Sanchís (710).
