Manchester United are reportedly ready for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice to challenge Chelsea.
Rice, 21, has been strongly connected with a move to Stamford Bridge, but during the close season, no offer came to fruition.
United can enter the international race for England.
According to the Daily Express, Manchester United may make a bid for the West Ham midfielder and Chelsea goal Rice at the end of the season.
The report says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the United boss, is said to be a fan of Rice, who spent some of his childhood at Chelsea Academy.
So far, Rice has played every minute of West Ham’s Premier League campaign.
