QPR winger sent death threats and racist photos on Instagram after miss vs Norwich

Football News

After losing a guilt-edged chance against Norwich City, QPR’s Bright Osayi-Samuel was subjected to racial abuse on Instagram.

Osayi-Samuel, who netted the Championship side’s equalizer from the Carrow Road penalty spot, had the goal at his mercy, but failed to convert, then costing his side what the leaders would have been a valuable three points away.

While you can understand that QPR fans are disappointed with Osayi-Samuel for losing the chance, after the incident, that’s absolutely no reason for the abuse sent to him on Instagram.

Osayi-Samuel took to Instagram to share a message sent to him after the game from a punter who says the winger fluffing his lines cost a large amount of money.
