Barcelona vs Levante | Barca plays a surprisingly tough draw with Levante

FC Barcelona squandered a fantastic opportunity to claim the lead in La Liga. The club had everything in their hands, but they stumbled once again, drawing 3:3 with Levante, despite leading by two goals at halftime. Read more about Barcelona vs Levante here.

The Camp Nou players had already opened up what looked to be a comfortable lead in the first half, thanks to goals from Leo Messi and Pedri.

Meanwhile, a few minutes after the break, Gonzalo Melero scored the game’s first goal, and Jose Morales equalized moments later after a major error by Messi and a fast exchange of passes that left Marc-Andre ter Stegen helpless.

The Catalans seemed annoyed and soon restored control. Following a pass from Antoine Griezmann, Ousmane Dembele stormed into the penalty area and scored with a strong shot into the top corner.

The Pride of Catalonia seemed to be holding on to their lead, but Sergio Leon took advantage of Tono’s pass and drew his team once more in this match with a clever shot into the short corner. That one lasted to the end of the game and was even more pleasing to the hosts.

Osasuna Pampeluna defeated Cadiz CF 3:2 earlier on Tuesday, with three goals coming in the final quarter of an hour.

Elche squandered an opportunity to climb out of the relegation zone.

Elche missed out on a chance to climb out of the relegation zone when they lost at home to Deportivo Alaves, another struggling side. The victory allows the visitors some breathing room, but they cannot be certain that they will remain in the top flight.
