Mancini expects his Azzurri stars to make solid preparations for the next year

Football News

Italy CT Roberto Mancini has praised Lorenzo Insigne and Federico Bernardeschi and expects his Azzurri stars to make solid preparations for the following year’s Euro 2020.

Because of the global pandemic, the European Championship was deferred and Mancini claimed that Italy is facing a tough challenge in the gathering, including Switzerland, Turkey, and the following summer Wales.

“We were all ready for it. Everything had been placed in place.”Mancini told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

“As others say, it wouldn’t have been an easy party and not in a year’s time. Switzerland has traditionally been hard for us, they have top-club quality players and a solid coach like Vladimir Petkovic who knows us well. But we’re despite everything going to be set for next European Championship.”

Mancini is enchanted to see a portion of his stars gain valuable involvement with a major event ahead of tonight’s Coppa Italia Final, and two of the Italy internationals who clash tonight are Lorenzo Insigne and Federico Bernardeschi.

“Insigne always served the national squad well. He has discovered passion and certainty with Gattuso. He is the soul. Napoli gives him a fundamentally the same as a tactical approach to the one he’s had with us, and it unquestionably causes him. Bernardeschi has always served us well. He’s fast, he’s an acceptable method and he can play right or left. A part relies upon him too. He should put forth a valiant effort to establish himself at Juventus and play regularly,” Mancini said of captain Partenopei.

Mancini encourages the more youthful players to obtain top-level chances, saying that Giovanni Di Lorenzo, who transferred to Napoli last summer, was improved by playing in the Champions League.
