Spanish National Team Head Coach Luis Enrique spoke about the standard of Spanish football.

“I have no impression that the European football train has missed us. I’m not going to talk about clubs or the Champions League. Enrique said to Marca, “We’ll see what happens at the European Championships.”

“At the moment, we need to survive. It will help me understand the level of players this week, but there is a European championship ahead of me. So thin is the line between failure and performance. I like what I see and the way we go about it.”

Spain will play a friendly match in November against the Netherlands and will also encounter Switzerland and Germany in the League of Nations.
