With their attack line having gone stagnant, Liverpool is in free fall. To freshen things up, they are now being associated with a PSG superstar.

Don Balon’s eyebrow-raising study suggests that Liverpool is willing to make an astronomical bid to push Neymar away from PSG.

After becoming stale in recent months, Liverpool’s attacking line is in desperate need of a reshuffle.

Although the Reds were fired to great success during the tenure of Jurgen Klopp, it seems as if their race had been run, at least as a threesome.

It would come as no surprise if Liverpool, even when Diogo Jota recovers from injury, we’re looking to add a new face or two in the attack.

There is uncertainty about the long-term future of Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri, though only one Premier League goal has ever been netted by Takumi Minamino.

All signs point to FSG giving Klopp the funds to reinforce his forward line, but Don Balon listed a name we didn’t expect to see in the Neymar conversation.

While the Brazilian has just one year left to run on his contract, the feeling in Paris is that the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino has turned the tide, with a renewal now planned by Neymar.

If Don Balon is to be believed, however, he will have a decision to make, as their article states that Liverpool is keen and willing to pay as much as 128 million euros to get the deal done.

That would be a Liverpool club-record fee, and it has to be said, it would also be enormously out of character, so we need to take this one with a pinch of salt.

Could you, however, imagine it? The same team included Mane, Salah, and Neymar. It’s hard to imagine them having trouble breaking down the likes of Burnley with the combination of those three!
