If Joan Laporta is elected as Barcelona’s new president, the club can agree to negotiate a contract with Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin.
Bellerin, who left Barcelona’s La Masia academy at the age of 16 in 2011 and has since established himself as Arsenal’s first-choice right-back, has not been without controversy in recent months.
Last summer, the Spain international was linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, but the offer fell through. Now, he is believed to be on his way out at the end of the current season, with Camp Nou his most possible destination.
According to The Mirror, Laporta has already held talks with Bellerin’s entourage about a future return.
