Frank Lampard demands that Chelsea has not made an offer to Bayer Leverkusen for £75million for midfielder Kai Havertz. Havertz’s string of noteworthy performances for both Germany and Leverkusen has placed the 21-year-old on the radar of a portion of Europe’s top teams.

Chelsea has for some time been connected to a seven-cap midfielder move, however, Blues manager Lampard has not given an offer.

Asked if Chelsea had made contact with Leverkusen, Lampard said, “No, no offers were going in. He’s a great player at the same time, I’m certainly not going to speculate on different stars on different teams. And our attention cannot be on that. Along these lines, nothing to say.”

When asked what number of more Chelsea enlisted people will chase this summer, Lampard proceeded: “Because we have the games we have to finish before the window opens, I don’t have the foggiest idea. At the point when it comes around, we’ll be broaching something about that. In this way, our solitary emphasis for the moment can be on the games in hand.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s defender Antonio Rudiger says he has played the key job in marking RB Leipzig’s Teammate Timo Werner from Germany.

Rudiger told Chelsea TV: “Since we’ve known each other for quite a while, I’ve addressed him previously. We talked a ton during the lockdown, and he told me he was quick to come to England. Obviously, I did my bit then what I expected to do.”

He added: “He’s a major cautious threat. With regards to breaching the guarded line, RB Leipzig is an all the more counter-attacking team yet is near Vardy. He has a great deal of speed, and on the off chance that the defender makes a mistake and fails, at that point he’s off!”
