Klopp: ‘Don’t know if Liverpool will have any transfers in January’

In the winter transfer window, Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp spoke out about the choice.

“We have internal reserves, but injuries are always hampering us. We had a problem with the central defender position for most of the season, but it happens: once trouble begins, there is no stopping it,” Klopp ESPN quotes.

“We have options inside the team, but I don’t know if in January we’ll be able to do something. That is the way that it is. This transfer window will be incredibly difficult as far as I’m concerned. Not all clubs have reinforcement capital. And for the sake of making transfers, there is no point in making transfers. We need sensible action.”
