Inter Milan players celebrate the winner against Parma by Alessandro Bastoni

Football News

Third-placed Inter Milan scored twice in the last six minutes through Stefan De Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni to steal a 2-1 victory in Serie An at Parma on Sunday amid a stifling performance.

The scarcely merited success abandoned Inter leader Juventus with eight points, and four second-placed Lazio adrift with 10 games to play each.

Parma had the lead and several great chances yet in the last five minutes of the match they destroyed it all.

In the fifteenth moment, Gervinho scored 1-0 and then Parma had some progressively fantastic chances. It was not the Danish striker Andreas Cornelius’ night, however, that missed three goals. In the 29th moment, when he came out alone before Samir Handanović, he had the best chance, yet he transferred the whole goal.

Inter equalized through Stefan de Vri in the 83rd moment and one moment later the host was left with a lesser player after Juraj Kucka was sent off. In the 86th moment, the visitors took advantage of the game, when Alessandro Bastoni scored for Inter’s victory.
