Pep Guardiola, the head coach of Manchester City, has spoken about his hopes for the game against Manchester United.

“Is that a record?” Manchester United is a football club based in England. Everything we can think about right now is them. Liverpool is the champion, and the title is theirs. We are in the strongest place to receive them, and we will make every effort to do so. But Liverpool is the champion,” Guardiola told the BBC.

“There are 33 points left to play. Our opponents will play tomorrow, after which we will have one or two days off before preparing for Manchester United. In the past, we’ve had better results at Old Trafford than at home. I’m aware of their strength. This is a great chance for us to take a giant move forward, and we will do so.”
