Giorgio Chiellini reveals he wants to review his future after next season

Juventus star Giorgio Chiellini says he plans to reexamine his future after next season as the defender says he would like to proceed with his playing career.

As of 2005, the 35-year-old has been with Juventus, making 509 total appearances for the club.

Chiellini won Serie An eight times while also claiming four Coppa Italia trophies during his time with Juve.

Chiellini, who endured a torn anterior cruciate ligament in August, has been kept out of virtually all Juve matches this season.

Having come back to wellness not long before the coronavirus outbreak, notwithstanding, Chielli says he accepts he has bounty left to offer as a player.

“I will perceive how I feel one year from now. I will play for another year, at that point how about we see,” the defender said on Instagram.

“I ‘d like to stay in football for another year after that because it’s my life. I ‘d incline toward a management work than a coach, however you never know throughout everyday life,” he added.

On the topic of management, Chiellini admitted he had watched the documentary series encompassing Pep Guardiola and Manchester City during his time away from the game.

Chiellini says that while watching Guardiola ‘s work he has considered greatness to be he communicated admiration for the Spanish manager.

“From one viewpoint, turning into a captain is more tiring than being a wonder however you have less weight at the start. Many are 17 years old and have many expectations that ruin a career,” he said.
