After the 1-3 loss to Manchester City in the 17th round of the Premier League, Frank Lampard’s future as Chelsea coach is in question.

According to The Athletic, after four losses in their last seven games, the Londoners’ management has begun to explore ways to replace Lampard.

It has been noted that if his success improves, the 42-year-old is likely to remain as Chelsea boss until the end of the season.

The condition has, however, been compounded by the tense relationship of the coach with some of his players.
