Bayern head coach Hansi Flick commented on the 3-1 win over Werder in the Bundesliga.

“It’s a more than deserved win. We could have won with a bigger score. We executed everything we had planned: we were well positioned on the pitch and put pressure on the opponents,” said Flick to the official website of the club.

“I am delighted that we opened the scoring after a corner. Toni Tapalovic and Miro Klose contributed to it. Once again, thank you to them, thank you for their work. Of course, one conceded goal made me angry. But our four defenders and the whole team were very good in defense. We almost did not allow the opponent to do anything. I am very happy with the result, congratulations to the team.”
