A new deal will be negotiated between Milan and goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who will become a free agent on June 30th.
The Rossoneri are at odds with Mino Raiola, the 21-year-old Italian national team player’s agent, on three points, but the management of the club is positive, Corriere Della Sera reports.
Donnarumma would like to receive € 10m a year, according to the source, while AC Milan is offering € 7m plus bonuses.
Also, the parties do not agree on a buyout option for the goalkeeper. The club insists on a sum of at least EUR 40 million, but the wish of Raiola is not more than EUR 30 million.
There is also no consensus on the contract’s length. The Rossoneri intend it to be extended for four years, while Donnarumma aims to sign a shorter-term arrangement.
Due to Milan’s winter transfer window, talks over the goalkeeper were suspended in January.
