On Sunday Celta Vigo thrashed Alaves 6-0 to pull away from the relegation zone, making the vast majority of the meeting side with a player sending off in the primary half. In the match of the 30th round of the Spanish Primera, Celta facilitated Alaves.

Later on Sunday, Valencia is facilitating Osasuna who needs a success to launch their offer to get back into the top four while Real Madrid is visiting Real Sociedad with a chance to top the standings.
