Hans-Joachim Watzke, the chairman of Borussia Dortmund, has spoken out about the futures of striker Erling Haaland and midfielder Jadon Sancho.
“Everything will be discussed with Erling, his father, and his agent, Mino Raiola. We want Holland to be pleased with his decision to stick with us and continue scoring for Borussia Dortmund next season. “There is no other option,” Watzke told Goal.
“Sancho has been with us for a significantly long period than Haaland. We’ll need to speak with him as well. If an outstanding bid comes in, we will, as usual, negotiate it with the player and his agent.
“However, I’m sure the transfer window this summer will be very narrow in scope. The coronavirus has harmed the top clubs. These are not minor wounds that will heal in a matter of weeks.”
