Berlusconi aims at Series A return after promotion of Monza

Just because since selling AC Milan after its new club, Monza was elevated to Serie B on Monday, Silvio Berlusconi is searching for arrival to the top table of Italian football.

Monza was one of three clubs that climbed to second-level along with Vicenza and Reggina following Monday ‘s choice by the Italian Football Federation to end the regular Series C season and advance the top team from each of the three gatherings in the division.

“Monza will create a squad ready to go to the top of Series B,” Berlusconi was cited as saying by the local newspaper Il Cittadino.
