Luka Jovic stepped up his involvement in Real Madrid in Milan, reportedly trying to strike a deal close to that for Brahim Diaz. La Gazzetta Dello Sport notes that the Rossoneri have been in touch with the Serbian forward’s representatives, but have not yet approached Los Blancos.
The newspaper, however, notes that Milan will try to establish a loan deal with the idea of negotiating a possible permanent move later.
Ahead of 2019-20, the 23-year-old transferred to Real Madrid for a historic EUR 63m but has struggled to convince the Spanish capital.
Jovic, who impressed during his two seasons with Eintracht Frankfurt, signed a contract at the Bernabeu until June 2025.
